The youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is split into three youth groups ages 3-5, 6-11, and 12-15. At age 14 we start allowing more advanced/mature children to attend our All levels Bjj program where they will train with other teens and adults.

We offer a youth USA Boxing program for ages 10-15 where children will learn the fundamentals of Boxing, and an adult USA Boxing program for ages 16+

Our youth JKD kickboxing program is for ages 7-13 and at age 14 we start allowing teens to attend our more adult Kickboxing program.

Women's only classes are offered to ages 13 + however, we will make exceptions for younger ladies as young as 10 years old if they are currently attending our youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program or if a mother and daughter would like to attend classes together.

No! In fact most people come to us initially as an alternative way to get in shape instead of the regular old gym routines. Whether its Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, USA Boxing, or our JKD Kickboxing program you will certainly build muscle and tone up as long as you are regularly attending weekly classes.

This is a tricky question, we offer 1 free class in each discipline to help determine which program or programs you should stick with. Each of our classes offers something a little different and only through physically trying them out yourself will you determine which is best for you.
