Physical Safety



All classes start with short warm up exercises and some stretching & flexibility exercises. This is done
to condition your muscles and prevent injury to those muscles during training. Proper diet and exercise
have been proven to help in weight reduction and reduce daily stress. Regular physical exercise will also
keep your muscles & body toned and strong and will give you an overall good feeling about yourself.
Because we realize that everyone’s physical condition is different, students are encouraged to exercise
at a level that is comfortable for them individually.


Training safely is our number one concern! All students are taught how to use each piece of equipment
properly and safely and to respect the safety of other students. Safety equipment that is required to be
worn in certain aspects of training is strictly enforced.
