The art of Boxing is mainly a gloved sport using footwork, defensive and evasive skills to strike (punch) your opponent into submission or knock them out.

We teach you Boxing skills to be able to compete in Mixed Martial Arts Events and to use these skills to help defend yourself on the street.

Muay Thai Boxing comes from Thailand and combines Boxing & Kickboxing, but adds in the elements of elbow and knee strikes along with tie up control techniques.

JKD KICKBOXING  was originally developed by the late Bruce Lee and combines Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun & Chinese Boxing. This art is taught at our training center to be able to use these skills in MMA events and they can also be used for street self-defense.

These arts are very good arts to develop cardio, strength, speed, timing and overall body conditioning.  They are also fun and challenging and provide you with great stress relief.
