MMA Training

The Mixed Martial Arts programs we offer at Practical MMA are specially designed for each age group.

Adult MMA:

The Adult MMA classes we offer are for those that wish to fight at the amateur and professional levels and for those that wish to fully train as fighters but do not want to compete. This training includes the arts of: Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi), Shoot Wrestling, etc. You will learn striking skills and grappling skills to include takedowns and submission techniques. You will also develop a high level of conditioning and fitness through this training.

Children’s & Teens MMA:

Our Children’s and Teens MMA programs will put the students through the same type conditioning and training that our professional and amateur Fighters go through but without the full contact sparring. These students will do light controlled safe sparring drills. These sessions will be closely monitored and controlled by our expert instructors so the students will have a safe and fun experience. The benefits that these young students derive from this training are both physical and mental. The physical benefits are:
